Shipping Policy
Domestic and International Shipping is done with United States Priority Mail.
Prices start around $4.95 and are determined by weight.
I ship on Wednesdays.
Please make sure your PayPal shipping and billing information is correct BEFORE ordering.
When your item(s) ship, you will get a tracking number in your email, make sure you check your junk mail for anything from USPS.com.

Return Policy
If you get your package and realize immediately that something isn't right, email me and we'll discuss.
Exchanges are encouraged over Returns.

IT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 HOURS TO MAKE YOUR HAT, and I really want you to be happy, so pay attention to the descriptions of the yarn types and sizes especially. The most common mistake people make is in their SIZE for tams, so pay attention to your measurements! Hats and Tams will start out snug, because yarn stretches with time.
Hats are clothing, I cannot accept a return on any worn headgear. This is not sanitary, I cannot re-sell an item once it's been worn.
Any CUSTOM item that is mis-ordered by the customer can only be exchanged, there's a 15% service charge.
No refunds on any shipping fees, hat re-sizing, or jewelry re-sizing charges.
Email me right away if there is a problem with your order. No returns/exchanges on anything older than 10 business days.
Asking me to make a CUSTOM item means I trust you to have read this entire website to understand how I work. I cannot accept responsibility for you not understanding that the Dreadlock Tams and Hats I make cannot be adjusted once I begin. Any incorrect CUSTOM order must be restarted from the beginning, and the 'wrong' order might not be sell-able!
